The Phenom II 965 as this CPU will be known as, is expected to start sampling next week. The CPU is expected to be clocked 200 MHz faster than the current flagship CPU Phenom II 955 which is clocked at 3.2 Ghz. With 3.4 Ghz clock out of the box, the 965 should be able to compete better with Intel\u2019s Quad CPU offerings.
