I've never once seen you do something useful for the community with the cards you used to get from nvidia.  You can't say the same about Apoppin.

I alpha/beta tested what they asked me to, moderated on their forums, and evangelized the stuff more than anyone else in the group.

I had a full time + job that I travelled fairly often for. ( I did more onsite training in those days) Not to mention I had two houses to care for, a son to raise, and other hobbies.

We're not all hanging around in the desert collecting social security with nothing to do 24/7 but run synthetic benches on video cards.
