I wasn't going to post in this thread because I know how Rollo is and he's held these views for a long time. He is not going to change and he will just argue with us all endlessly on this one.
Anyhow...
Where I am living the government is going completely broke, heavily into debt. I think that the "revolution" that you guys are talking about is going to be the election of left wing governments that heavily tax the top 1% with the added bonus of increased corporate tax rates. It's really inevitable. With middle class and low income wages steadily going down, it's leading to less tax revenue for the government. Something is going to have to give eventually. We might not even need left wing governments to do this. Someone is going to have to do it or else our governments will go completely broke.
