HTC Hero and Samsung Moment to skip Android 2.0, go straight to 2.1

Android 2.0 released a month ago with the launch of Motorola Droid on Verizon Wireless network. Few days later we reported that Android would soon be updated to version 2.1. Now HTC and Sprint have confirmed on twitter that the HTC Hero and Samsung Moment would be updated to the newest version of Android in the first half of 2010 bringing much joy to the owners of these handsets.
