Grand Theft Auto 4

With its wide open world and several cities in which to cause mayhem, Grand Theft Auto 4 was the strongest candidate for this award. You can however play this game somewhat laid back between missions but if action is your thing, then GTA4 is a great game for you. You can wreak havoc at any time and place as you see fit. The action just really does not stop.
