AMD Athlon II X2, Phenom II X2 coming in Early June

AMD is set to bring AMD Athlon II X2, Phenom II X2 to the market in Early June. The expected release date is June 2, 2009.

• Athlon II X2 250 (codenamed Regor) is a 65W TDP part with clockspeed of 3000 MHz,1 MB per core L2 cache.
• Phenom II X2 550 (codenamed Callisto) is a 80W TDP part with clockspeed of 3100 MHz, 512 KB per core L2 cache and 6 MB shared L3 cache. 

Both the CPUs are built using 45nm fabrication process and fit into a AM3 socket supporting both DDR2 and DDR3 memory technologies.
