AMD share price doubles in 3 months
If you are an AMD share holder, its a very good time for you. Strong marketing of the Phenom II launch, great overclockability of these CPUs and the unlocking of triple core processors to quad core processors are some of the factors which lead to AMD Phenom II CPUs selling well in the market. This has lead to renewed faith in AMD in the tech and the stock market.
November 25th ‘08, the share value was at $1.80 and on March 2nd ‘09 the same share cost $2.01 and now 3 months later the value of AMD share is selling for $4.34. This means that AMD has more than doubled its share price in the last 3 months. The share touched a high of $4.50 on March 20 ‘09.
