DEMIGOD IS A REAL-TIME, TACTICAL STRATEGY GAME THAT INCLUDES EXTENSIVE ROLE-PLAYING ELEMENTS. CHOOSE FROM SEVERAL DEMIGODS, EACH POISED FOR BATTLE WITH THEIR OWN UNIQUE CAPABILITIES AND AWE-INSPIRING POWERS. VANQUISH OTHER WOULD-BE GODS AS YOU GAIN LEVELS, INCREASE IN POWER, UNLOCK THE POWER OF MYSTIC ARTEFACTS [sic.] AND SLOWLY BATTLE YOUR WAY CLOSER TO JOINING THE PANTHEON.
Demigod is an impressive new release from Stardock and Gas Powered Games. It is part RPG, part Strategy, and part Action. These three aspects of gameplay come together to make it an addictive and unique game experience that can satisfy gamers of several genres.
Demigod is set in a fantasy world of magic and mythology. You may be wondering what a demigod is anyway. Well, that which is known as a demigod is a half-god, born from the union of a god and a mortal.
The game doesn’t really carry that deep a storyline per se but it does move along the lines of a demigod fighting his way up the ranks to eventually achieve god status.
