The HTC DNA 4.2 or 4.3 update
If you are currently a HTC DROID DNA user, an update to the OS and to the UI are just around the corner. The President of HTC, John Mackenzie, reported via Tweeter that his company was working on a update to Android 4.3 for its most recent devices. Those recent devices include, the HTC One, the Butterfly, and of course the Droid DNA. The launch date of this update is also promised by the end of this month.
It appears from a leak on Verizon’s website that the DNA will be seeing the 4.2 instead, with Sense 5 UI. This information aligns with the other information that we heard about from a prolific leak machine @LlabToofer, and he claimed that it will get 4.2 first. He also noted that when or if 4.3 comes to the DNA that it will also get Sense 5.5.

We have no idea why this is happening and HTC has stayed quiet for now. Since the launch of the DNA back in November, we think it’s long overdue for an update regardless of what version.
