Inno3D preparing GeForce GTX 275 with 1,792MB Video Ram
GTX275 was launched not too long ago as a competitor to ATI’s Radeon HD4890. It was a mix of GTX260 and GTX285. It had GTX260’s 448-bit memory interface, 896MB Video Ram and GTX285’s 240 Stream Processors. Inno3D is preparing a GTX275 with 1792MB Video RAM.
The card will ship at the stock frequencies of 633MHz core, 1,404MHz shader, and 2,268MHz memory.
