Internet Explorer 8 Released
Microsoft has now brought Internet Explorer 8 out of beta and has released the final version which is free for download.
It is recommended however, that persons who were using the Beta release, uninstall it before installing the Final version. To do this, navigate to the Control Panel –> Programs & Features –> View Installed Updates. Select the IE8 Beta and remove it.
There may be further updates to IE8 but at least Microsoft are satisfied enough with it now that they can take it out of beta.
