MSI Launches new X58 Pro-E Motherboard
X58 motherboards are getting cheaper and cheaper these days. Almost all the manufacturers are trying to deliver the most cost-effective solutions for the mid-range segment of the market. Following suit, MSI has introduced yet another Intel X58-powered motherboard, the X58 Pro-E. Pictured above, this board features GreenPower design and a Split Thermal cooling system, Core i7 CPU support, six triple channel-ready DDR3-1600 memory slots, and three PCI-Express x16 slots for CrossFireX setups (no SLI).
The board comes with one eSATA and seven SATA 3.0 Gbps ports, FireWire, Gigabit Ethernet, 7.1 channel audio, Power, Reset and Clear CMOS buttons, plus Easy OC switches.
