ABT Builder’s Guide: November 2008
CASES
The case you choose is a personal issue. It can reflect your flashy deportment or lack thereof. It is all about you on this one.
When choosing a case:
-
Make sure it has enough room for your components inside.
-
Make sure it has good airflow.
-
Make sure it has an exterior look that pleases you.
Having said all that, I’m sure you can see that there really is no real best or worst in this category. It is all about personal preference. All I can do here is to recommend an all round solid purchase from each price category. I hope they will give you good insight on what to look for when buying a case.

Honourable Mentions:
Good Deal – Antec Sonata III 500. This is an ATX Mid Tower case that comes with the Antec EA500 earthwatts PSU.
Good Performance – Cooler Master HAF 932. This case, based on price would fall in the Performance category and I believe it deserves mention for just that.
Note:
You can also check out the Cooler Master HAF 932 Review right here on ABT.
Some of the cases I have listed have alternate designs that you might find to your liking, so keep that in mind. The only other case that could be added would be…well…whatever YOU like. Have fun choosing your case.
