Scalable Display Technologies to Demonstrate Immersive Desktop Display at GPU Technology Conference
Scalable Display Technologies, is the leading provider of software for multi- projector display systems used in military systems. They will demonstrate an immersive desktop display powered by its EasyBlend™ software at the GPU Technology Conference which will take place September 30th – October 2nd, 2009. This demonstration will show how they can elevate the PC-based gaming experience by providing a 2X HD resolution wide field of view wrapping around the user.
Professional users will benefit from the the large immersive desktop display that introduces a new sense of “context” to large data sets, resulting in the improved ability to search, route trace, reduced eyestrain, and greater work satisfaction. The immersive screen provides a large viewable work surface where all the pixels are the same size relative to the viewer’s eye.
