Street Fighter IV might get more characters

Kotaku via Famitsu reports that Capcom may add more SFIV characters if the users demand it. SFIV features old favorites like Ryu and Chun-Li as well as new characters like El Fuerte and Abel. But the game is missing characters from Super Street Fighter II, T. Hawk and Dee Jay.

But now, SFIV producer Yoshinori Ono told Famitsu, “The development team said, “We want them in!” Honestly, we did the modeling up to the pre-texturing. We made the fight settings for T. Hawk in Street Fighter IV… If user’s make their voices know, this prep work is something we can revive at anytime.”

This should be good news for all you SF fans out there.
