Verizon to allow early upgrades for Blackberry Storm 1 customers to Storm 2
Recently Blackberry allowed Storm 9530 users to update to the OS used on the Storm 9550, bringing some much needed respite to the original Storm users woes. A tipster has released some interesting information that might please the original storm users further. If the information is correct, Verizon will allow Storm 9530 users to upgrade to Storm 9550 if the user is willing to sign a 2 year contract extension. The price will be $179.99 after $100 mail-in-rebate.
