Zotac delivers a shortened Geforce GTX 260
Remember this souped up GTX 260 accelerator that Zotac produced few months ago with 10 layer PCB and 6+3 phase power circuitry bringing in heavy overclockability. They have taken to the GTX 260 again to show off their wizardry with delivering custom made solutions. This time they are concentrating on shortening the PCB length on the GTX 260 shaving off 3.5 cm off the reference length to deliver 23cm of pure DX 10 enabled awesomeness. Additionally, now only one power connector is needed to power the card.
Interestingly the the VRM area is placed towards the front of the card. It is made of a 4-phase vGPU circuit while the vMem is located towards the other end, and is of two phases.
Other specs include 896 MB of video memory using 14 Hynix 0.8 ns GDDR3 chips across a 448-bit wide interface. The card comes factory overclocked with clocks of 625/1100 MHZ (core/memory) features DVI, VGA, HDMI outputs.
